The Fund's investment objective is to provide stockholders with a high level of current income, with a secondary objective of capital appreciation.

Investment Strategy

The Fund pursues its investment objective principally through a two-part strategy. First, the Fund will invest, under normal circumstances, substantially all of its net assets (including the proceeds of any borrowings for investment purposes) in the thirty stocks included in the Dow Jones Industrial Average^SM
("DJIA^SM") (the "Stocks") in approximately the amounts such Stocks are weighted in the DJIA and/or in other securities or financial instruments that are intended to correlate with the
DJIA (the "Other Instruments"). Second, the Fund will write (sell) covered call options on some or all of the Stocks or Other Instruments.
